Use of the software
ShieldReach provides tools for contact management, campaign creation, scheduling and controlled pacing. Customers connect their own WhatsApp accounts and remain responsible for the content, consent basis and frequency of their communications.
Platform risk
No software can guarantee that a WhatsApp account will never be restricted. WhatsApp controls its own platform and automated messaging can carry risk.
Plans and billing
Plans are Core £497/month, Growth £997/month and Agency / Scale £2,497/month. Scale-level users and accounts are subject to fair-use and infrastructure limits.
Cancellation
Access to paid features can be restricted after the applicable grace period. Customer data should not automatically be deleted.
